We built two factories separately in Heyuan city (Guangdong) and Ganzhou city (Jiangxi), owns 6 SMT lines, 10 DIP lines, 20 post-welding lines and 6 assembly lines, and can produce 5MM+ PCBAs of BLDC motor modules per month.

Our custom SMT FCL Error Proof System designed specially for the SMT lines can monitor the tranfer-line, material loading, material changing and FDDER load/change. The FCL error proof system prevents human errors, reduces the repaire and return, lowers costs and improves efficiency tremendously. We also installed MES cloud system, ensuring the real-time tracking and ananlysis on production, product quality and delivery of our factories.
